Delivery Charges:

The delivery charges above and beyond the ordered commodities depend on various factors such as;

Total value of the order

Weight of commodities

Volume of commodities

Delivery address

Shipping Charges:

We do not add extra shipping charges when prepaid orders are made. You shall only be charged with regular delivery charges, considering the factors mentioned above, without any hidden extra charges that may come with prepaid orders.

Orders for which the payment is Cash On Delivery: Free delivery is available when the value of your order totals more than ₹ 499. If the value of your order is less than ₹ 499, we would use the normal delivery charges

When can i expect delivery of my orders

We ship around 95% of our orders within 5-7 working days from Sunday and also on public holidays. Since most of our products are already in stock, there might be some that would need to get ordered directly from the brands.

There can be higher dispatch times during Mega Sale events due to higher order volumes. We will dispatch all the orders within 7 working days of the order during Mega Sale events.

Estimated Time to Delivery:

The delivery times would be dependent upon the available product and the shipping address provided. Aayogi ayurveda currently only delivers within India.

Delivery is to the shipping address while providing during order, subject to serviceability of the Pincode.

Exceptional Circumstance:

Please note that, due to a specific circumstance beyond our control, there is a possibility of delayed delivery. For instance, in cases of any natural disasters, pandemic, or any other situation that affects our ability to work, we would ask for your patience for up to 10 days from the day we dispatched the package. In the event that your order is not delivered within this period, you may cancel and ask for a refund through email at cancellation@aayogiayurveda.com. Please note that the refunds will be processed after 15 working days from the date of your request, and any amount that may be refunded will not exceed the invoice amount of the undelivered items. Delivering to restricted areas during such times may incur additional shipping charges .

Returns:

For all returns under our Return, Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy, shipping charges will be borne by Aayogi Ayurveda.
